Creating your account
To start creating your own beautiful slides with Typeset, you will first need to set up your account.
Click on the Start Designing or Login button. Both of these options will route you to create an account.
After choosing one of the above options, the next step will lead to a sign-in page with options to register with a Google or Microsoft account or an email address and password. Select which sign-in option you'd like to get started with.
Depending on the option selected, you will be taken to either a Google or Microsoft login page for you to securely enter your account credentials or a Typeset form to enter an email address and create a password.
Selecting either “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Microsoft” will set your account to use either platform's respective “Single Sign On” login method. Meaning your Typeset login details will be managed and the same as the login details for the respective platform you selected. If you would like to instead have your own Email and Password select the “Sign in with email and password” option instead.
After signing in to your Google or Microsoft account or using an email and password, the last step of Typeset account creation is to enter your First and Last Name and accept the terms and conditions.
Once everything looks good on the above screen, click the Create account button. You are ready to create beautiful, AI-generated slides and have all your work saved in your new Typeset account!
Login steps
Single Sign-on method (Google or Microsoft): After you have created your account, the following time you log in, if you selected either of the SSO sign-up methods, logging in will be managed by the respective platform. Upon clicking the sign-in option, you will be prompted to log in to either your Google or Microsoft account. After successfully logging in to the SSO account, Typeset will then proceed to log in as well.
Email and Password: If you opted to use the email address and password method to create your account, click the “Sign in with email and password” link located beneath the SSO options to proceed to the manual email and password entry login page for Typeset.
CreatorU: If you purchased your Typeset account as part of a CreatorU bundle you will log in by clicking on the “Sign in with CreatorU” button and inputting your CreatorU login details.
Resetting your Password
Email and Password Members: If you are currently logged in and want to update your password, you can do so from within your account management page. You can find it by clicking on your profile icon located on the top right portion of the home page and selecting “Account and billing”. Within this setting page, you can change your password within the Password and Security section.
If you are not logged in and need to update your password, you can do so from our Forgot Password page. This can be found by navigating to Typeset.com and selecting “Log in” and then selecting “Forgot Password” located beneath the Email and Password sign in link.
Single Sign-on Members: Due to your login details being managed by either Google or Microsoft, you would need to update the account on these respective platforms in order to update your password for Typeset. If you would no longer like to use SSO for logging into Typeset, please reach out to our support team by emailing support@typeset.com
CreatorU Members: Due to your login details being managed by CreatorU, you would need to update your password through your CreatorU account settings or reach out to support by emailing support@typeset.com
FAQ's
- Q: I logged in, but I see the checkout page instead.
- A: Verify that you are logged into the correct email address. At the top of the checkout page, there will be a banner displaying what email address you are logged in as with a button to sign out. If you are not logged into the correct email address, click this button to go back to the sign-in page. If you are in the correct account, please reach out to support by emailing support@typeset.com
- Q: Can I delete my account?
- A: Yes! You can delete an account via the Account section (link in the top right corner of the home page), then by clicking the Your Account tab. From here, you can manage your billing and email preferences or delete your account. In order for the "delete" option to appear, you must have your subscription set to cancel.
