Check What SamCart Sent to Your Integrations

See whether your tracking and integrations fired for an order, without digging through app logs.

Each order has an Events section that shows what SamCart sent to Meta and your connected tools, like your email platform, CRM and webhook apps, and whether each one was delivered or failed. If a sale is missing from Ads Manager, or a customer wasn't added to your email list, start here.

Where to find it

Go to Sell > Orders, open the order and scroll to Events. The section only appears when SamCart has sent something for that order.

Reading an event

Each row shows:

  • The app and the event, for example Meta Purchase
  • When it was sent, and how many attempts it took
  • How it was sent: CAPI means sent to Meta through the Conversions API, and Server means sent from SamCart's servers to your other apps
  • Whether it worked: Delivered or Failed

Click the arrow beside a row to see more detail about what was sent.

When an event fails

Click the failed event to see why it failed. If the app's connection has expired, reconnect the app and future orders will send as normal. If you're not sure what the reason means, or it keeps happening, contact our support team with the order number.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I don't see my Meta Pixel's browser events here.
A: Events lists what SamCart sends from its servers, so Meta appears as a CAPI event. To check the pixel events fired in the buyer's browser, use the Meta Pixel Helper. See Meta Pixel Tracking.

Q: An order has no Events section. Is something wrong?
A: Not necessarily. The section only appears when SamCart sent something for that order. If you expected an event, check that the app is connected and has a rule for that event under Apps > Installed Apps.

Q: Where are the older app logs?
A: Each app still has its own Logs under Apps > Installed Apps.

Q: Where can I see where the order came from?
A: In the order's Attribution section. See See Where Your Sales Came From.
