We understand that as a business you may need to review your payment history and download your invoices and we've got you covered!
Reviewing and Downloading Your Invoices
Your invoices are available directly within your Billing Page inside of your marketplace. To access your Billing Page, click on the blue icon in the top right corner of your marketplace and selecting Billing from the dropdown menu (note - if you have a marketplace logo added, you will see your marketplace logo instead of the blue icon).

Under the Billing History section, you can see all your previous payments with some key information such as the date, status, transaction ID, etc. along with the invoice! You can view the specific invoice per payment period by clicking on the View Invoice button to the right of the subscription charge.

After you select the invoice, this will automatically open a new tab for you to enter your email and receive a magic link to access your Customer Portal. Your Customer Portal is where you will download your invoices.

Once you are logged into your Customer Portal, click on the Payment History tab. Here you can see your payment history and click on the View Invoice button to view and download your invoices.
