When attempting to download a file from CreatorU, if you receive an error message like the one above, or if the download simply isn't working, we recommend trying these troubleshooting steps for a quick fix:
- First, we recommend clearing the cookies and cache on your browser. If you’re not familiar with how to do this, we recommend taking a look at this guide as it details each browser’s steps.
- If the issue persists, we recommend trying a different browser. You can also try using an incognito or private window in your browser as these windows do not track cookies or cache pages.
- Finally, if those two options fail, we recommend switching your computer or mobile device to airplane mode for a minute or two. Airplane modes disable all wireless communication to Wifi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth, etc. which can provide the necessary reboot to give your device a refreshed connection.
