CreatorU is upgrading to SamCart-powered sign-in. Here's everything you need to know about the change and what you need to do.
Starting Monday, April 20, 2026, all CreatorU members will sign in using SamCart account credentials. This update provides a single, unified login across SamCart products and improves the security of your account.
This is a hard cutover — there is no dual login period. Once the switch is made on April 20, all customers must use their new credentials to log in. The previous CreatorU-based login will no longer work.
Your content, courses, progress, and community access are not affected — this change only impacts how you log in.
What's Changing & What You Need to Do
With this update, CreatorU will require you to sign in using your SamCart credentials.
- If you don't already have SamCart login credentials, you'll receive a system email on April 20 (around the same time as the login switch) with the subject line: "Action Required: Your CreatorU Account is Ready!" Follow the instructions in that email to set up your password. Note: this email is sent the day of the switch — you won't be able to create your SamCart account or set your password before April 20.
- If you already have (or previously had) a SamCart account, simply sign in using those existing credentials.
- If you can't remember your password, click "Forgot Password?" to reset it. This option is available to all customers once the switch is live — including those who received the setup email.

A: Yes — if your SamCart account uses the same email address as your CreatorU account, they should link automatically. If you run into any issues, contact support@samcart.com.
