The first time you visit your dashboard, you will see a homepage that looks similar to the screenshot below.
At the top of the dashboard page, you will notice several buttons that you can click to navigate between the different tools that you have access to, as well as a general marketplace search bar. Read on below to learn more about what each tab gives you access to!
Home
This Home tab is the very first page you will see when you log in to your marketplace (this is the page in the screenshot shown above). It will contain several videos to help your get started, create your products and checkout pages, and more! We highly recommend checking out each of these videos when starting out, this will help you understand where you should begin and how to use your new tools. If you ever want to you can get back to the Welcome to SamCart homepage, just click that Home tab!
Design
The Design tab will take you to your Typeset homepage! Typeset is our AI Design Platform that helps you (or your team) create amazing digital content 10X faster. Just write your content (or have our AI do it for you), let our AI adjust/refine your content, then quickly and easily export than content into a ready to go ebook, slide deck, etc. It's that simple! Just click the Create button in the top right corner to get started.
The first time you visit this tab you will see a welcome video, but once you start creating things with Typeset you'll see all your previous projects on this page! Sites
The Sites tab will take you to our Page builder. Here, you can start building your landing pages, checkout pages, link-in-bio pages and lead capture pages! You can create your own page from scratch, copy/paste content from the AI assistant, or use our AI technology built into the Pages feature to start creating any kind of page. You can create a new page by clicking the Create New button, and see any pages that you've created in the past at the bottom of the page.

Sell
Click on the Sell tab to start creating products to sell, and to view information on any sales that you've made! This tab is where your SamCart marketplace will exist, and you will manage most aspects of your business. This is where you will create products, upsells, order bumps, coupons, etc., as well as manage all customer orders and subscriptions and view all customer/order data. This is also where you can manage more advanced features such as your Affiliate Center, Cart Abandonment, Subscription Saver, and more once you've started selling and are ready to utilize these features!
When just getting started, we recommend beginning with just creating your products on this tab. Check out our Creating Products support article to learn how to create your first product within SamCart! It's important to note that once you have created a product/products, you can manage most aspects of your business and customers from the Sell tab.
This tab contains a ton of features, so we recommend also checking out the "Marketplace Tools" section of our Tour Your Marketplace Dashboard support article to learn more about all the different features this tab has to offer! Additionally, you can search for any feature you come across in the SamCart Support Article Homepage - we have accompanying articles here for almost all of the features in your SamCart marketplace on the Sell Your Products tab, as well as articles about how to manage customers. As a reminder, once you start making sales, all the sales data will appear on this tab as well!
Apps
The Apps tab will give you access to the App Marketplace - this is where you can connect SamCart to each of your favorite tools that you're using outside of SamCart. You can use the App Marketplace to connect to email marketing tools, community/membership tools, and everything from cart abandonment to delivering your products!

Note - The App Marketplace also contains a couple of built in apps provided by SamCart! You will access the SamCart Courses App and Customer Portal features through the App Marketplace. The AI Assistant
Clicking on the Sparkle icon in the top right corner of your dashboard will open the AI Assistant. This brand new addition to SamCart is where a ton of the magic happens! The AI Assistant is an AI Powered tool which allows creators to build, market and sell their products without switching between tools or recreating content across multiple platforms. The AI Assistant can help you Create an eBook, Generate a Sales Page or Social Media Content, and Generate Upsell Ideas and Scripts! To get started, just click the Sparkle icon:
Clicking the Sparkle icon will bring up the AI Assistant popup on the right side of the screen. Here you can instantly use our AI bots to help you generate an ebook, generate sales page or upsell copy, and more! Just click on the bot you want to use and get started creating AI generated content in an instant.

Account Settings, Creator Community and Branding
Clicking on the blue person icon in the top right corner of the page will bring up a dropdown menu with a few options. Note - if you have a marketplace logo, this icon will be your logo instead!
- User Profile (1) - This will take you to your account settings - check out our User Profile Settings support article to learn more.
- Billing (2) - This will take you to your billing page where you can see your active subscriptions, recent payments, and make changes to your subscriptions.
- Branding (3) - This is a tab we specifically want to highlight, as this is where you can edit branding options for your checkout pages! These branding settings will specifically apply to any Checkout Anywhere experiences (Express, Embed, Slide Out). To learn more about branding settings, check out our Branding support article.
- Creator Community (4) - This tab is one we specifically want to highlight as well, as this is where you can find all our CreatorU content and the CreatorU community! CreatorU is our online educational platform that provides resources, courses, and strategies to help online creators build and grow their businesses, as well as providing community spaces for creators to connect. Clicking the Creator Community option will take you to the CreatorU homepage where you can browse all our CreatorU course content, post in community spaces with other creators, and more!

Search Bar
The last tool that we want to cover is our global marketplace search bar located at the top of the page. This allows you to quickly and easily search for any customer, order, subscription, product, Page, or support help article from directly within your marketplace with just a couple clicks.
Simply click on the search bar and type your search criteria to find what you need, without needing to move from page to page. You can utilize the search function by typing directly into that search bar, but you can also access it by clicking Command+K on your keyboard from anywhere within your marketplace!
Once you have typed your search criteria into the search bar, the results will appear directly on the page and you can click on the results to be taken directly to the customer page, order page, product page, etc.
